NEAC Launches Career-Focused Roadmap Program for Medical Professionals Exploring Global Opportunities

NEAC, the World Leader in Medical Licensing Assistance, has officially introduced the RoadMap Program- designed to help nurses make informed decisions about their professional growth and international opportunities.

The initiative was formally launched on March 27, 2026, through a webinar titled “Global RN Roadmap: From PH License to US Practice.” The session featured Ms. Rose An Celis Sotto, USRN and Nurse Educator at Systems Plus College Foundation, who shared valuable insights on transitioning from local licensure to international nursing practice.

The launch comes at a critical time, as new regulatory updates take effect and global demand for qualified nurses continues to rise. Despite increasing opportunities worldwide, many nursing professionals remain uncertain about where to begin, whether selecting the right country or state, understanding complex licensing requirements, preparing for the NCLEX, or identifying sustainable long-term career paths.

As part of NEAC’s Roadmap Project, RN-Launchpad serves as a structured starting point specifically tailored for nurses, providing clear direction and step-by-step guidance from the early stages of career planning to achieving international licensure. The program is designed to eliminate confusion and help nurses move forward with confidence by offering expert-led insights and access to trusted institutions.

Participants also gain up-to-date insights into NCLEX developments, exam preparation strategies, and the evolving realities of global healthcare practice. Beyond exams and licensure, RN-Launchpad emphasizes long-term career sustainability helping nurses understand how international licensure can expand professional options, enhance mobility, and strengthen career resilience in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

The RoadMap Program will strengthen the broader healthcare professional ecosystem by fostering meaningful collaboration among educational institutions, review centers, career coaches, and licensing experts of NEAC. By aligning these stakeholders around a shared goal—providing nurses with accurate information, ethical guidance, and practical support—the initiative promotes stronger outcomes for both medical professionals and the institutions that serve them.

This program will feature a series of webinar events featuring international thought leaders in the healthcare industry and engaging audiences from all parts of the world. The Roadmap Program of NEAC reinforces its commitment to empowering medical professionals not only to become licensed, but to build well-informed, future-ready careers supported by a trusted and collaborative professional network.
