MORE THAN 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
NEAC’s experience in licensing assistance goes back to ‘CAREX Consulting International’ which was founded by Dr. Elbe Akman, MBA in California, USA in 2002 to assist international nurses to get licensed and placed in the U.S. as USRNs and later expanded, transforming the services into a Specialized NCLEX licensing assistance center in the Philippines in 2007 operating under the name ‘NCLEX Application Processing Center Corp. - NAPC’ and shortly after named as ‘NEAC Nurse Exam Application Center’ with the aim to centralize the very decentralized and complex licensing process for International NCLEX-RN applicants. Dr. Elbe Akman wrote his Ph.D. dissertation on the Clientele needs and problems of International NCLEX-RN Applicants to centralize the licensing process and streamline facilitation process as a private company.
Due to the growing demand for licensing services coming from all types of ‘medical professionals’ aside from nurses and also the demand for assistance for other countries' medical licensing exams the company changed its name to ‘NEAC Medical Exams Application Center Inc.’ NEAC is a legally established Company under SEC (Security and Exchange Commission).
