It's only reasonable to be curious about how to tell if you passed the NCLEX right after taking it, specifically since some state boards of nursing do not provide official exam results unless by request. Quick Results are unofficial NCLEX results that you can get two business days after taking the exam. The NCLEX results in the Quick Results Service do not authorize NCLEX passers to practice as licensed or registered nurses. It would be best to wait until the Nursing Regulatory Body releases the official results, approximately six weeks after taking the exam since they are the only ones authorized to release them.
