It would be best to wait until the Nursing Regulatory Body releases the official results, approximately six weeks after taking the exam since they are the only ones authorized to release them.

Candidates can purchase the NCLEX Quick Results to obtain the unofficial NCLEX test scores after taking the exam. At present, the NCLEX Quick Results Service is only available for US NCLEX test takers. The service does not yet cover NCLEX Canada and Australia as of this time.
